Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Lead and execute structured cabling projects, including closet build-outs, cable certification, and installation of CAT6 and related equipment.
• Blueprint Utilization: Interpret and implement blueprints and site maps to ensure accurate system installations.
• Team Leadership: Manage small teams of 2-3 technicians, ensuring efficient and timely project completion.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently, maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the process.

Key Requirements:

• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work night shifts (10 PM - 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday).
• Travel-Ready: Willingness to travel extensively nationwide for project assignments.
• Proven Expertise: Experience in access control systems, low-voltage installations, and large-scale commercial projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with structured cabling standards, blueprints, and industry protocols (BICSI, NEC, TIA/EIA).
