• CCTV Technician
• $20 - $45 an hour (focus on closing candidates in the upper 30s per hr)

• Provide installation, maintenance, and updates to camera systems at various locations: Neighborhood Walmart, Super Walmart, and Sam's Clubs
• No assessments need for Camera roles (only for fire and CCTV/Access Control Techs)

• Background check required; DUI/DWI in last two years disqualifies from company vehicle use
• 48-hour turnaround time for initial candidate feedback
• Consistent work availability, even during economic downturns

• When it comes to driving, it should be the same across the board for all the roles. So they'll be in their personal vehicle for. They like to get them on-site with a walkthrough tech for two weeks minimum. So two to four weeks, in their personal vehicle. And then just depending on when the orientation date they have,they have them once a month. They'll be in that orientation class. They'll fly them to Arkansas, go through an orientation, mostly HR stuff, and they'll get the company vehicle from there. So there's always that period upfront when they're initially hired that they'll be in the personal vehicle.
• Once that orientation date comes around, pending that they've been on site with a walkthrough tech for two weeks, they'll fly them to Arkansas.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; no DUI or DWI in the last three years.

• Night Shift: 10 PM - 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday
• Travel: Up to 2 weeks at a time
  • CCTV Project Technician  -  Working mainly at Walmart stores on the installation, upgrading, service, and maintenance of CCTV systems.  MUST BE OKAY WITH NIGHT WORK.  Travel of 2 weeks at a time is the normal unless otherwise specified.   Pay Rate: $20-$45/hr. This rate is based on experience and location.

Requirements:

• • Experience installing CCTV, Cat 6 cabling, conduit installation, and networking.  
  • Available for travel.  
  • Experience reading blueprints and site maps.  
  • Knows how to troubleshoot switches.  
  • Has basic telecommunication tools, PPE, and reliable transportation during the training period prior to issuing a company vehicle.  
  • Must have knowledge of cabling infrastructure.?  
  • Experience in conduit installation is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• • Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various CCTV systems.    
  • Run low voltage cabling in commercial buildings, including drilling concrete walls and limited conduit work.   
  • Complete all wiring, connections, and equipment installations ensuring that CCTV systems are complete and satisfy the customer and contractual requirements.   
  • Assist and collaborate with the Installation Team Lead or Project Manager regarding on-site work schedules and timely delivery of equipment. 
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair cabling systems and equipment in IP Video, IP Physical Access Control / LAN / WAN infrastructure, and wireless LAN. 
  • Conduct tests to ensure all newly installed systems and component devices are operational.   
  • Troubleshoot new system installations to ensure the proper functioning and to ensure the system meets local, county, state, or federal codes; legal and/or insurance requirements.
