Key Responsibilities:

  • Batch Production: Execute precise batching processes according to established procedures.
  • In-Process Quality Control: Conduct thorough in-process testing to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Material Handling: Accurately identify and handle conforming and non-conforming materials and batches.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment cleanliness to prevent contamination and ensure optimal performance.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately record and track material usage.
  • Process Adherence: Consistently follow established instructions, processes, and quality systems.
  • Quality Standards: Demonstrate familiarity with quality standards relevant to ISO certifications.
  • Flexibility: Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in batch production preferably within a chemical manufacturing environment.
    • Previous Forklift Operation Experience
  • Technical Skills:
    • Understanding of basic chemistry principles.
    • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO standards).
    • Familiarity with FDA regulations (if applicable).
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift and move heavy items.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Must not have any allergies to chemicals, specifically Iodine.
Salary: $41,600-52,000/year
