Location:
Kansas City, MO

Contract 
M-F, 7:00 - 4:00 pm

Key Duties

  • Accurately input customer data into the sales system and verify details for compliance and accuracy.
  • Audit customer contracts against billing to ensure alignment with service agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Workflow Support, Sales, and Product Management, to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
  • Manage time-sensitive tasks while maintaining an organized workflow and meeting deadlines.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry, verification, and maintenance with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
  • Proficiency in using sales or data management systems is a plus.
Hourly:  $22/hr.- $25/hr.
