Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in using Epicor software.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that influence manufacturing outcomes.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience with ISO or AS9100 Quality Management Systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze and improve business processes for greater efficiency.
Duties:
  • Drive the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions, using industry best practices and benchmarks.
  • Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, and system integrations across various US sites, optimizing business processes and ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Standardize and align operational procedures across different locations to ensure consistent best practices throughout the organization.
  • Take ownership of data quality, identifying issues and collaborating with teams or vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide analytical support through dashboard creation, data analysis, and system performance evaluations to improve operational efficiency and inform decision-making.
Salary: $95,000 - $115,000
