We are seeking an experienced and motivated Estimator to join our team in a full-time role focused on commercial construction projects. This is a great opportunity for a professional who is not only analytical and detail-oriented but also personable and capable of leading pre-construction efforts.

• Lead pre-construction efforts, including budgeting, cost planning, and value engineering.

• Prepare estimates for design-build and ground-up commercial projects.

• Interface with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project success.

• Develop subcontractor lists and manage relationships with key vendors.

• 2+ years experience estimating commercial construction projects valued at $2M+.

• Background in design-build projects and experience working closely with architects and engineers .

• Ability to take the lead in pre-construction discussions and strategy sessions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — must be comfortable in a client-facing role.

Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
