- 3+ year of experience with imaging processes and handling device setups.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in a help desk environment.
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.
- Proficiency in using KACE for imaging and managing multiple devices.
- Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus and team-oriented mindset.
- Provide hardware support, including imaging and configuring laptops and other devices.
- Use KACE system to manage the imaging process across multiple devices simultaneously.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware and software.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective device deployment.
- Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring timely, accurate, and detail-oriented support for users.
