Hey Marilynne,
We are getting ourselves into a bit of pickle and I think the supervisor is finally ready to start looking for candidates. We are needing skilled individuals in Bloodbank for sure. I think we are wanting at least 2. We have not been able to find any med techs that have the blood bank experience and that is what we are looking for. We are also just needing a couple med techs as well. MLS, MLT, MT certified individuals would be our preference, but we would love to see who we can get. Our range for these roles as far as base compensation would be 65k-75k, I am sure we have some wiggle room to work with but 80k would be too high. As far as hours go for the blood bank, we are looking for anyone we can get, that is our top priority, and for the med techs day shift works for us.
I have attached the JDs for these roles.
