Requirements: 
  • 1-2 years of help desk experience with a strong understanding of troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
  • Experience with Windows OS.
  • Familiarity with cellular/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose connectivity issues in remote environments.
  • Basic knowledge of 12V power systems, with a willingness to learn and troubleshoot low-voltage power issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly, especially in a time-sensitive environment.
Duties:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to vehicle-mounted devices and their connectivity (Wi-Fi/cellular).
  • Provide remote support for users in the field, helping them navigate login and connectivity problems.
  • Test and verify power connections to devices, ensuring devices are properly powered and functioning.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and escalate hardware issues as necessary to higher-level techs.
  • Collaborate with a team to ensure the smooth operation of all remote systems, prioritizing urgent tickets and resolving issues promptly.
Salary: $51,000 -  $55,000
