Duties:
- Guide and support project management teams throughout various phases of telecom site construction.
- Conduct bid walks, evaluate site conditions, identify out-of-scope work, and prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with carrier specifications by coordinating, reviewing, and approving essential documentation, such as construction reports, grounding reports, and as-builts.
- Monitor project performance by using tracking tools, attending progress meetings, and maintaining direct communication with personnel and management.
- Coordinate project schedules, cost estimates, resource allocation, and manage deliverables, including close-out packages.
- General experience in telecommunications or civil construction a plus.
- Ability to receive and provide direction effectively with a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in reports and documentation.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with effective communication skills via email and feedback channels.
- 75%-80% weekly travel required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- A background in utility knowledge is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and a willingness to enforce them on-site.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and weather conditions.
