As Director of Professional Services and an Inclusive Talent Search Leader for Allied OneSource, I get to spend every single day talking to the people that are building tomorrow... today, and I love it! It helps that I actually like learning about the technology, products, processes, services, and nitty-gritty details that make you and/or your company standout from your peer group. On a daily basis, I will be introduced and in turn foster introductions for technical and business professionals ranging from college grads securing their first role, to sr/leads stepping into a managerial position and even confidential and retained executive searches across technology and D&I ecosystems. I thrive when getting a chance to connect individuals to companies they wouldn't have found on their own.
