I'm passionate about my role as a staffing consultant because I get to help both companies and job seekers find the right fit. It’s rewarding to match great talent with great opportunities and see both sides succeed. I enjoy making the hiring process easier for businesses and helping candidates take the next step in their careers. It feels good to be part of that positive change.

Background

Born and raised in St. Louis Missouri, minus living in Kansas City for 2 years right out of High School. I spent the first half of my professional career in Customer service before getting the opportunity to work as a Recruiting Coordinator. I fell in love with Recruiting and have been working in Staffing/Recruiting for 8 years now. I have had the opportunity to dip my toes in medical staffing, Call center, Sales and Corporate recruiting. I love the challenge of Staffing and getting the opportunity to help others find a new career or even just bettering their situation. In my free time, I like to spend time with my son and family. My Son has dirt bikes and my youngest sister races, so we spend a lot of time outside at the track. I love all things racing, anything with animals, and being near the water.
