Why are you passionate about your job?

I’m passionate about staffing because I get to connect talented individuals with the right opportunities, helping both businesses and job seekers succeed. Building strong relationships with hiring managers and understanding their unique needs allows me to make a real impact on their teams. I love knowing that I’m not only helping clients find the perfect fit, but also providing someone with the chance to support themselves and their family. The ever-changing nature of staffing keeps things exciting, and the challenge is something I truly enjoy every day!

Background

I grew up in Kansas City and became a huge fan of the Chiefs, Royals, and Florida Gators. With 8 years of operations experience and 4 years in sales, I’ve developed a strong skill set in both areas. I graduated from Saint Louis University and Rockhurst High School. Outside of work, I’m always up for a game of pickleball, diving into fantasy sports, or reviewing movies on Letterboxd. I’m always looking for the next adventure, whether it’s through travel or just trying something new in my free time!
